We welcome you to the first weekend in June, as we dig deep on our teaching series, *excercise is a major crop you plant in order to make a bounty harvest in good health, shape, pattern, thoughts and lifestyle respectively.


When your excercise becomes tough and painful the most, this is the right time to persist and keep on keeping on without loosing hope as it were, you can get fitness in living a life full of excercise not being busy doing nothing.


Make positive effort to build yourself through constant excercise of every part of your life starting with your mentality (mind), body (physical) and the spirit (spiritual) which is the greatest and most potent of all. 


As teenagers and youths ensure you engage in Spiritual, physical and mental excercise so that none will suffer.
